Allowing Code Blocks in SharePoint pages (Applies to MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0)

By default, code blocks are not allowed to execute on SharePoint pages (that is not including application pages).
In order for your user to be able to add code blocks that can run on either the server or the client, you need to make a change to the Web.Config file:
Under ParserPaths, add the following Code:
<ParserPath VirtualPath="/*" IncludeSubFolders="true" CompilationMode="Always" AllowServerSideScript="true" />
Note: make sure you trust the path that you are enabling code blocks on
